We want to introduce you to the house rules so that your stay in our house will be pleasant, and for these additional information, please contact the host.

• Accommodation is available from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
• Guests are obliged to take care of their belongings and valuables left in the apartments/rooms and the owner is not responsible in case of their disappearance.
• Guests are responsible for their behavior in the house and its surroundings, and in the event of an accident, they bear the consequences themselves.
• Lock the entrance door of the apartment/room when you are inside, and when you go out, be sure to lock the doors and windows, close the umbrellas, turn off the lights and all electrical devices (TV, air conditioner, stove…) and turn off the water.
• The owner of the property has the right to enter the apartment/room in the absence of the guest, in special circumstances, in order to prevent possible damage or danger. The owner is obliged to inform the guest about their entry into the apartments/rooms the next time they contact the guests.
• It is not allowed to destroy equipment and furniture, cause disorder and disturb other guests, and it is especially not allowed to make noise between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM and from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• The contents of the apartment/room can only be used by persons who have been duly registered as guests, and the host can approve possible visits at a certain time upon the guest's request.
• Weapons, explosives and flammable materials are not allowed.
• The use of equipment and devices that are not an integral part of the offer of the apartment/room is only permitted with the consent of the host.
• Bringing animals in the villais allowed only with the consent of the host.
• If there is a loss or damage to installations, furniture, devices, equipment of the apartment/room, the guest is obliged to inform the host. If the loss or damage was caused by the fault of the guest, the guest is obliged to compensate for the corresponding equivalent value.
• It is not allowed to take appliances and equipment (towels, blankets, etc.) out of the apartments/rooms.
• In case of non-compliance with the house rules, the host has the right to cancel the further provision of services to the guest.
• Hand over your ID card or passport to the host immediately upon arrival, in order to be registered at the Tourist Office.
• You can communicate your remarks, wishes and compliments to the host, who is at your disposal during working hours 24 hours per day.
• Smoking is prohibited in all rooms of the house. Smoking is allowed only on the terrace and balcony of the house.
